Return Policies and Procedures

All sales are final. No credits, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for any sale. We are not responsible for the handling by third parties. Items purchased from our online store should arrive within 7 - 14 business days. If you are making an international order, your item should arrive within 14 - 21 business days. These times vary and are not within our control. If you have questions concerning a customer order or a lost item please email us at: info@laboratoryartscollective.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you. If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please be sure that your shipping address is where you intend the item to be shipped to. If you accidentally input an unintended address into your order form, please email us immediately so that we may stop your order before it has shipped and change it accordingly. We are not liable for your order if it has already been shipped to an unintended address. You will have to pay the original shipping fee and product cost again in order to re-ship or re-order a product. All items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges after check out.

Shipping

We are not responsible for international and domestic shipping delays, such as customs delays and customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged goods. The customer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. For some product orders, your shipping address and name is subject to third-party stores and individuals in order to process a shipment and ship a product to you as we use a drop-shipping system with our partner companies. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues from third party partners but will do our utmost to ensure the order is fulfilled.

As we kindly get sent images by the public all the time for use - please get in touch if we accidentally used an image without crediting the correct photographer properly and we will happily rectify this.

We publish images throughout our site that are of interest to the wider public under the Creative Commons licence.

Secure checkout by Squarespace, Stripe and Paypal. We additionally take Debit and Credit Cards. All sales are final and we reserve the right to refuse any returns at any time.

We are not responsible for any purchases made on our online or offline shops using stolen credit or debit cards. We are not responsible for the handling of your personal information or data. However, we do everything possible within our ability to protect your personal information and data .

By signing up and subscribing to our newsletter, (either on the checkout page, contact page, or any other avenue both online and offline), or using our online shop or real world studio, you as the customer/subscriber give permission that your email and any additional data/information about you and/or your actions across our platforms will be managed by our third-party email services and advertising services; Squarespace, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Google.
