ROMA - There is a story that a young woman believed that she had experienced everything... until, until, until... she was taken to the well stocked kitchen of LA POSTA VECCHIA, overheard conversations she had never had and found ones remembered from a dream. She walked in the grounds of this grand hotel and uncovered desire in the folds of everything.

And so it is that the Laboratory has the pleasure of collaborating with Marie-Louise Scio on a weekend designed for pleasurable artistic moments and delicious food for the brain and the tongue. A gathering of dangerous minds. A veritable feast for the senses.
